Just ask them for a chosen email (likely to get spam!). Config is on MXroute DirectAdmin. If there is a mailbox and forwarder on the same address, the mail will go to both.
Some services are currently set up to use SendGrid instead for transactional email. This has its own DKIM and SPF records CNAMEed to SendGrid. This operates independently from MXroute.
